There are dozens of villages that were not given aid, or were given very little aid, since the earthquake struck Pakistan and India. This earthquake rattled the Middle Eastern region almost four weeks ago.
There are hundreds of thousands of people who are living in the villages and are suffering from the lack of aid.
The death toll is now over 73,000 and people are questioning how fast the aid is coming in and wondering why the international relief efforts are not coming to them.
According to a CNN report, "An estimated 3.3 million people remain homeless as winter approaches in the mountainous Kashmir region, raising fears of an even worse humanitarian disaster to come."
Additionally, the terrain in the area obstructs assistance.
"In the remote Pakistan village of Chhumber, devastation accompanies desperation as temperatures drop to freezing and the first snows of winter threaten.," according to the report.
One woman told CNN, "My future is black," and added, "I lost my husband, I have no home, no blankets, no tent and the snow is coming."
France
Thursday, Nov. 3, marks the eighth night of violence in the suburbs of Paris.
Ministers in the French government are currently under pressure to help with the growing tensions in poorer areas located in the north and east of Paris. The violence began last week after two teenagers died due to electrocution.
The secretary general of a police union, Francis Masanet, told Reuters: "It's a dramatic situation. It is very serious and we fear that the events could even get worse tonight."
"The top government official in the Seine-Saint-Denis region north of Paris, where the violence has been concentrated, confirmed that four shots had been fired at police and fire crews in several overnight incidents," according to the report.

Sunni Arabs celebrate the beginning of the holiday Eid al-Fitr. This holiday marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan and also brings to an end the fasting taking place for the month.
Throughout war-ravaged cities, people emerged to celebrate, according to an Associated Press report.
