The buzz right now in Hollywood is picking up. People are already in line for tickets, some at the wrong place, to be the first people to see the very last Star Wars movie, which is being called "Episode III: Revenge of the Sith." This movie is scheduled to hit theatres on Thursday, May 19.

No matter who you talk to, everyone at least knows one character from a "Star Wars" movie. From the old classic characters like Han Solo, Princess Leia, and of course, Chewy, these movies have all had a character that we can relate to. These movies have made billions worldwide not just in ticket sales, but with clothing, toys, and everything else you can think of. When the first "Star Wars" was released back in 1977 not too many people thought that it would have the impact it would have today. The "Star Wars" franchise has four of the top 20 all-time biggest movie sales, with the first "Star Wars" being at number two. No movies have ever had their fans camp out for tickets months in advance. The only other movies recently to have people wait for tickets early would be "The Lord of the Rings," but that's not for months.

"Star Wars" was just an idea that director George Lucas had, and today that dream is finally coming to an end. With the upcoming release of the final "Star Wars" ever, many fans can't believe that the series is ending. Despite poor reviews for the previous two movies, fans are still in lines for these movies, just because they have to see how it all ends.

This movie has been tagged with a PG-13 rating. I know that this does not apply to anyone on this campus but I'll just say it because it marks the first time in "Star Wars" history that one of the films has gotten a rating higher than PG. This movie is getting a PG-13 rating because this movie is going to be nothing short of a trip to Hell. It is going to be a dark movie, with many battles and a lot of death.

The previous two Star Wars movies- "Episode 1 The Phantom Menace" and "Episode II Attack of the Clones"-give us the story of just how Anakin Skywalker becomes Darth Vader. In "Episode 1," we first get a glimpse of Anakin as a young boy who is enslaved on Tatooine. He is rescued by the Jedi and then is sought to be trained by Obi-Wan Kenobi. He is afraid to leave his mother behind, but in the end he does just that. In "Episode II," we see Anakin as a teen and he has now become a Jedi Knight. In this movie it shows the love that Anakin has for Padme, and at the end of the movie we see them getting married. And the rest is history. Anakin also loses his mother in this movie and this is a critical part in the entire Star Wars history. It is from the loss of his mother that Anakin starts to feel hatred toward others and this is what ultimately drives him to the dark side.
